Deposits: The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited instantly. Boleto deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear. Card deposits are approved in real time, subject to the card issuer's approval.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money-laundering security measure. Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.
All deposited funds belong exclusively to the user and are available for withdrawal at any time, provided they are not tied to active bets or bonus rollover requirements. The bsbet1 does not charge withdrawal fees for Pix transactions.
A bsbet1 offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all platform bonuses are described below.

Cancelled or postponed events: If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and the amounts are returned to the user's balance. If an event starts but is abandoned before its natural conclusion, the minimum play time rule for that sport applies — as defined for each respective sport.
Live betting: Live odds are updated in real time and may change or be suspended at any moment. Confirmed live bets are not canceled due to subsequent odds movements.
A bsbet1 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on certain markets, reduce betting limits for specific users with a consistent winning history, and decline bets without any obligation to provide a reason.
